Alegria
The project of Casa da Nini is a rehabilitation of the existing building, and it is not possible to maintain the original structure. The construction seeks to highlight the simplicity of the characteristics that made up the previous building. The proposal was inspired by the original dwelling, in an attempt to preserve its ‘soul’ through the conservation of the facade, the chromatic choice of the new coatings, the reuse of original elements and finishes, and the highlight of the vertical lines so present in the composition of the 19th century buildings.
