The rehabilitations imply not only the restoration of structures, but also the harmonious integration in the surrounding urban fabric, and this project was an exercise in contextualization with its surroundings. In our approach, we value preservation and care for the existing, while the expansion is manifested in a contemporary way through the careful choice of materials, volumetry and architectural simplicity.
